STEP 1: Find Products

Paste the product link you’re looking for into the Joyagoo search bar. You can also search by keywords or images and select results from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, or 1688.

Helpful information:

• Joyagoo supports multiple sources, including Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

• If a direct search fails (e.g., on Yupoo, WeChat, or Xianyu), you can use the “DIY Orders” feature to manually input product details and place the order.

STEP 2: Submit Your Order

Choose the color, size, and quantity you want, then add the item to your cart or proceed directly to checkout.

STEP 3: Complete Payment

Pay for your order using your preferred method, including both the product cost and domestic shipping within China.

Note: Payments are forwarded to the seller. Any returns or exchanges are handled between the buyer and seller, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication bridge if needed.

STEP 4: Order Processing (“Processing” → “Purchased”)

After submission, your order status will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will purchase the item on your behalf. Once completed, the status updates to “Purchased,” and you can request updates at any time.

STEP 5: Seller Dispatch (“Shipped by Seller”)

When the seller ships your order, the status changes to “Shipped by Seller.” Delivery to the Joyagoo warehouse usually takes a few days, though delays can happen. Support agents can help follow up if necessary.

STEP 6: Warehouse Receipt & QC (“Arrived” → “QC Completed”)

Once your item arrives at the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality check and uploads QC photos for your review in the order details.

• You have 5 days after QC to request a return or exchange

• After this period, eligibility depends on the seller’s return policy

STEP 7: Free Storage (“Stored”)

Items can be stored in the warehouse for up to 90 days at no cost. Extended storage is available through the warehouse system for a small fee if needed.

STEP 8: Build Your Parcel & Ship Internationally

When ready, select your items, enter your shipping address, choose a shipping method, and pay for international delivery.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping fee first; final costs are adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packing and a more accurate shipping estimate

Tips:

• Some items may have shipping restrictions, which are automatically flagged

• Optional add-ons like reinforced packaging, repacking, and insurance can be selected before shipment

STEP 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Settlement

Apply available coupons to reduce shipping costs (only one coupon per order).

• Shipping fees depend on weight, size, destination, and courier choice

• Final charges may be adjusted after packing, with any difference refunded or collected

STEP 10: Track Your Shipment

Use your account’s tracking section to monitor parcel progress.

Important:

• International shipping may involve delays, customs checks, taxes, or rare risks like loss or damage

• Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs but can assist when issues arise

• Insurance options are available for extra protection

STEP 11: Delivery & Feedback

After receiving your package, you can leave a review or click “Claim Reward” on the product or parcel page if eligible rewards are available.
